+ + + + + + RE: Recent riot and chaos incursion
Report filed by order of Captain Karet.
According to eye witnesses the riot started around mid-day, when a lower level restruant exploded. It is suspected a air-hog rider lost controle of his/her vehicle, however these claims are un-founded as neither the vehicle, nor the rider was ever found.
Notably, the Getchuao Guild was broken into; a witness account into the events that happened here is as follows.
After we learned that a riot had started on the lower levels, just near the Guild Hall, we decided it was best to lock down all access to the lower levels, and transfer ground and higher level guards to the lower level.
We didn’t think anything else was wrong until a few cameras started to flick off and on. This was a regular occurrence given the age of our security systems, but it seemed a high number were cutting out, also they seemed to follow a pattern; from the lower level canteen up threw the stairwell and out into the surface level.
Also some of guards following this route were not responding to vox-calls. Fearing a rioter or numours rioters had broken into the building, we sent out three parole’s following the trail of disturbance, in front of it, and directly towards it. All paroles voxed an all clear so we simply assumed it was a technical fault. It wasn’t until a few hours after the riot had been subdued by the Arbites, had we noticed that secure Guild information had gone missing, and the guards that had failed to voice in were discovered, each with head injuries.
After examination, we found most to have hairline fractures on their skull. None had died. Also after an extensive search, we found eight small looped metal bolts (Note: Eight guards failed to vox in during the riot). We think the assailant must have fired these out of some sort of sophisticated gun, and knocked out our guards.

And so did october 31, 2003 pass into the conclaves history as the night of massive lock down.
The Birth of the star child is nigh, the High Lords will fall and the Emperor shall walk amoung his followers again.
